This Privacy Policy is applicable to information of our users that we collect and how we use this information when users access or use the TheMasters website, mobile application, and any other technology service that points to or otherwise presents this Privacy Policy to you. All these websites, apps and services are collectively referred to as the "Services.”

To be able to provide you our services effectively, we collect certain information about you.  In case you decide not to provide this information or remove or delete it or ask us to delete it from our system, then you will no longer be accessing our services or be able to use them.

1. Information Provided by you

By using or deciding to use our services, you provide the following information to us:

Our website is free to browse without providing any personal data and look through the content provided for free browsing and we may not seek your data or identity in any form for that purpose.  However if you decide to use our services beyond just free browing, you choose to provide the required information for effective use of our services.  The information we collect is:

·        Your Name which you choose to provide

·        Your Email ID for account verification and communication

·        Login credentials to your account with TheMasters.in

·        Billing information, address and other details

·        Payment information to buy our products, which is directly used by our authenticated 3rd party payment processing partners under strict secure protocols and which is not stored or kept stored by TheMasters on its servers

·        Details of services issues interacted

·        Any content generated by you, posted or shared on our system

·        Any question or query or feedback shared on our system for the attention of the Instructors teaching the specific programs

·        Your Demographic information

·        Any other information you voluntarily choose to share on our system

 

2. Details shared on social media platforms and content platforms

When you choose to use our services by connecting through your accounts with social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc, you may permit us to have access to certain information like your Name, Gender, signin details, profile picture, list of friends or connections, your browsing preference etc, which totally depends on the settings you have kept for your social media accounts and based on the policies defined by such platforms. If you choose not to share such social information of yours, you should create an independent login on our systems using an authenticated email ID with self generated password to use our services.

 

3. Information collected through automated means

Besides the information shared by you as above, we also collect some information through automated systems like cookies on our system or by our 3rd party service providers who manage our marketing campaigns or technical setup.

This information collected can be your browser info, IP address, OS details, device ID, affiliate and referral pages or websites, page views and browsing details of our services, date/time stamps.

We also collect your location information of your device with your permission for effective use of our services.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Services are intended for general audiences and not for “Unsupervised” children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected "personal information" (as defined by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Laws) from children under the age of 13 without valid parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as soon as possible. We do not knowingly process data of EU residents under the age of 16 without parental consent. If we become aware that we have collected data from an EU resident under the age of 16 without parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as soon as possible. The information discussed in this Policy is processed in India by TheMasters, whose office in the United States is located at Thane, Maharashtra, India

TheMasters complies with the standard online privacy and data security norms of the country and also as defined by International Standards of ecommerce and online learning businesses.

In compliance with the online data privacy and security Principles, TheMasters commits to resolve complaints about your privacy and our collection or use of your personal data. Please note that if your complaint is not resolved through these channels, under limited circumstances, a binding arbitration option may be available before an Arbitrator of our choice. TheMasters is subject to the Jurisdiction to the courts of Mumbai, India.

If you are located in the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from Indian laws, please note that you are transferring information to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction.
